DeCarley Trading LLC Privacy Policy

DeCarley Trading LLC solicits, accepts and has obtained clients that are individuals using our services primarily for personal reasons

In the course of doing business, DeCarley Trading LLC obtains non-public personal information such as, but not limited to:
- Social Security Number
- Occupation, Income and Net Worth
- Bank Reference and bank account number
- Trading history
- Account balances

A majority of personal client information is kept electronically on Tracy DeCarlo and Carley Garner’s computers which are both password protected.

Paper forms are kept in a file cabinet at 5928 Whalers Drift St. in which only Tracy DeCarlo (principal) and Carley Garner (AP) have access to

Only the principal and any AP that solicited the account will have access to the personal information of clients electronically

All AP’s are strictly prohibited from releasing personal information, whether verbally, electronically or by document. Such behavior will result in serious consequences up to and including termination

DeCarley Trading LLC does not disclose personal information to third parties

Non-public personal information will be shared with third parties if necessary as required and permitted by law

The Privacy Policy is provided to each client under the following conditions

When an account is opened

Immediately, if there are any revisions to the policy

Yearly
